§ 114.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   Sunday sales of wine and distilled spirits by the drink. Any establishment licensed to sell wine and distilled spirits by the drink by the Commonwealth of Kentucky that wishes to sell wine and distilled spirits by the drink on Sunday shall request a Sunday retail drink license from the Kenton County Treasurer or his or her designee.
   (A)   Application. A prospective licensee shall submit a request for a Sunday retail drink license, including the name of the prospective licensee, the name of the establishment, its location, and a $300 annual licensing fee to the Kenton County Treasurer or his or her designee.
   (B)   Licensing period. A Sunday retail drink license shall be valid for one year from the date of issue. Licensees in good standing shall have their licenses annually renewed upon receipt of the $300 annual licensing fee by the Kenton County Treasurer or his or her designee.
   (C)   Licensee to be in good standing. Licensees shall be considered not in good standing upon suspension or revocation of any retail liquor license issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, or by failing to remit the $300 annual Sunday sales licensing fee.
   (D)   Transferability. Licenses for Sunday sales of wine and distilled spirits by the drink shall be non-transferable.
