(A) No act, omission, or statement made under color of this subchapter by any employee of Kenton County Fiscal Court shall be construed as an admission of fault or acceptance of liability on the part of the Kenton County Fiscal Court.
(B) No act, omission, or statement made under color of this subchapter by any employee of Kenton County Fiscal Court shall be construed as a waiver of its sovereign immunity.
(C) By enacting this subchapter, the Kenton County Fiscal Court has in no way waived its sovereign immunity and retains the right to invoke that defense if necessary.
