§ 95.51 NOTICE OF DAMAGE AND/OR DESTRUCTION.
   (A)   Duties of Kenton County Public Works. Each employee of Kenton County Public Works who operates snow plow equipment owned and operated at the direction of Kenton County Fiscal Court shall maintain a record of each property whose mailbox is damaged or destroyed in the ordinary course of that driver’s snow removal operations.
   (B)   Property owner complaint. In the event that any snow plow operator fails to record, take notice of, observe or perceive the damage or destruction of a mailbox during the ordinary course of snow removal operations, the affected property owner may present evidence of the damage or destroyed mailbox to the Superintendent of Kenton County Public Works for review.
