(A) Any person effected by an order issued under this subchapter may, within 30 days of the date of service of the order, petition the Circuit Court for an injunction restraining the county officer from proceeding under this subchapter.
(B) The remedy provided herein shall be the exclusive remedy and no person shall be entitled to recover any damages for action taken pursuant to this chapter or because of any person’s failure to comply with an order of the county officer pursuant to this subchapter.
