§ 95.26 POWER OF THE COUNTY TO REPAIR UNFIT SIDEWALKS.

Whenever the governing body finds that there exists in the county sidewalks that are unsafe or hazardous due to deterioration, damage or disrepair the county may repair the sidewalks in manner provided herein.
