§ 132.04 CONDITIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR EXCEPTIONS.

In order to be excepted under this chapter, a private club must submit a document requesting exemption to this chapter, accompanied by verifiable supporting documentation, to the Northern Kentucky Independent District Health Department claiming an exception under this chapter. The Northern Kentucky Independent District Health Department shall have the authority to determine if the request meets the conditions and qualifications for exception.
