§ 115.04 BUSINESS REGULATORY LICENSE REVOCATION.

For each, every, and any separate violation of this chapter, the Kenton County License Inspector or County Treasurer may suspend or revoke the occupational license issued for the used property business pursuant to the procedures established in the Kenton County occupational license ordinances, as amended from time to time.
