(A) Nobody shall conspire, cause, permit, promote, allow, aid, assist, encourage or engage in any ownership or operation of any used property business in Kenton County for which there is no valid business regulatory license that has been issued by or on behalf of Kenton County pursuant to Kenton County occupational license ordinances.
(B) Nobody who is engaged in any ownership or operation of any used property business in Kenton County, including, without limitation, employees thereof, shall receive the actual physical possession of or any possessory, security or ownership interest in any used tangible personal property from a minor at any time, or from an adult during the period of time after 8:00 p.m. an any day and before 7:00 a.m. the following day.
