(A) The Kenton County Subdivision Regulations, as amended, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this code of ordinances as if fully set forth herein.
(B) A copy of the subdivision regulations is on file in the office of the County Judge/Executive and the offices of the Kenton County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission, where they shall be available for public access during normal business hours.
