§ 151.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.

(A) Kenton County does hereby adopt that portion of the County Comprehensive Plan as it applies to the unincorporated areas of the county, as the County Comprehensive Plan.

(B) A copy of the Comprehensive Plan is on file in the office of the County Judge/Executive and the offices of the Kenton County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission where they shall be available for public access during normal business hours.
