For failure to comply with all state, local or other codes, rules and regulations, the county may at its option, order the utility(ies) who would normally provide service to the property to refuse service, or if service has already been provided, to order the utility(ies) to terminate such service as provided under Kentucky Administrative Regulations 807 KAR 5:006, General Rules.
