§ 150.06 COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.

(A) The Kenton County Board of Adjustment shall consist of five members as is permissible under KRS 100.217(2). The present three members of the Board shall continue to serve out their current terms of appointment and the two new members of the Board each shall be appointed to a four year term as provided under KRS 100.217(3).

(B) Duly appointed members of the Kenton Count Board of Adjustment shall be compensated at the rate of $75 per meeting attended.
