The following sections of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2006 Edition, are hereby revised as follows:
(A) Section 101.1. Insert: Kenton County (for jurisdiction);
(B) Section 103.1. The Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission (NKAPC), by way of an Interlocal Agreement dated day of , shall be delegated the authority to carry out the duties of Kenton County in regards to the enforcement of this Code, and the executive official in charge thereof and his employees, agents and hires shall be known as the code official.
(C) Section 103.5. Insert:
Fees. The fees and costs for activities and services performed by the county and its agent in carrying out its responsibilities under this Code shall be derived from those fees set by Kenton County Ordinance 950.83.
(D) Section 111.2. to 111.8.
Membership of Board. The Board of Appeals shall be established in accordance with an Interlocal Agreement, dated the day of , creating the Joint Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board.
(E) Section 302.4. Insert: twelve (12) [height in inches]
