§ 150.03 APPEALS.

(A) The Board of Appeals is created, pursuant to KRS 198B.070, to serve as an appellate board to any party aggrieved by a decision of a local building inspector. The Board shall consist of nine technically qualified persons with professional experience related to the building industry.

(B) The Judge/Executive shall appoint the persons, and the Fiscal Court shall approve the recommendations. No more than two members of the Appeals Board may be employed by the County Fiscal Court.
