§ 113.40 JUDICIAL REVIEW AND STAY OF ENFORCEMENT OF ORDERS.
   Following a final decision by the License Inspector or Hearing Officer denying, suspending or revoking a license, or disapproving the renewal application for a license, the licensee or applicant may seek judicial review in a manner provided by law. The License Inspector or Hearing Officer shall stay enforcement of the ordinance pending the final disposition of proceedings for judicial review, during which time the status quo of the applicant will be maintained.
