Pursuant to KRS 67.083(7), this chapter shall be enforced throughout the entire area of the County of Kenton to include the unincorporated and incorporated areas of the county unless the legislative body of a city within the county has adopted an ordinance pertaining to the same subject matter, which is the same as or more stringent than the standards that are set forth in this chapter. A copy of this chapter shall be forwarded to the mayor of each city in the county.
