The company shall fully cooperate in making available at reasonable times, and the Cable Board shall have the right to inspect the books, records, maps, plans and other like materials of the company applicable to the Cable system, at any time during normal business hours provided that where volume and convenience necessitate, the company may require inspection to take place on company premises at the local office.
