Minimum public notice of any public meeting relating to the franchise shall be by publication at least once in a local newspaper of general circulation, in compliance with KRS Chapter 424, posting at the Covington/Kenton County Municipal Building, Boone County Courthouse, and by announcement on at least two of the highest-rated origination channels of the company's CATV system between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., for five consecutive days prior to the meeting.
