All notices from the company to the county pursuant to this chapter shall be to the CATV Board. The company shall maintain with the county, throughout the term of the franchise, an address for service of notices by mail. The company shall also maintain with the county, a local office in the franchise area, and a telephone number for the conduct of matters related to the franchise during normal business hours.
