1040.09 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Safety-Service Director and the Clerk of the Department of Water and Sanitary Sewage are hereby authorized to prescribe rules and regulations for the collection of rents for water used by consumers. Such collections shall be made not less often than bi-monthly.
