854.01 LEVY OF TAX; AUTHORITY OF MAYOR.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5739.024(B), there is hereby levied an excise tax of three percent on all transactions within the City by which lodging by a hotel is or is to be furnished to transient guests.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to establish all regulations necessary to provide for the administration and allocation of the tax established herein.
