852.03 RATE.

The tax levied by this chapter, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.17, 4504.171 and 4504.172, shall be at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) for each motor vehicle, for a total of ten dollars ($10.00) per motor vehicle, the district of registration of which, as defined by Ohio R.C. 4503.10, is in the City.
