834.03 EXCLUSIONS.

Notwithstanding any other provision of Chapter 834 of the Codified Ordinances, a CRA Compliant Lender, as that term is defined in Section 834.01 shall not be subject to any of the provisions of Chapter 834 of the Codified Ordinances prohibiting predatory lending practices. Any affiliate of the CRA Compliant Lender will only be exempted from the application of Chapter 834 of the Codified Ordinances, if the CRA Compliant Lender’s CRA rating incorporates the affiliate and any and all of its activities.
