(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.,
(b) In the case of persons operating taxicabs without an operator's license, no license shall be granted to such offenders for three months following a first conviction and for one year following a second or subsequent conviction. Such penalty shall be in addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof.
(c) In the case of persons driving taxicabs without a driver's license, such offenders shall, upon a second conviction, forfeit any right to a driver's license. Such penalty shall be in addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof.
