832.19 TAXICAB STANDS.

The Safety-Service Director shall establish adequate and suitable stands for taxicabs upon the streets of the City and shall regulate the use thereof and no person not licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall park in a space designated and marked by the Director as a taxicab stand.
