832.15 TRANSFER OF OPERATOR'S LICENSE.

In the event any licensee exchanges taxicabs during the course of the year, such licensee is hereby given the right to transfer the license from the taxicab sold or exchanged to the new taxicab acquired, provided application and notice is given to the Safety-Service Director.
