832.13 RECORDS TO BE KEPT BY OPERATORS.

Each licensee shall keep a permanent record at all times which shall be open to the inspection of the Safety-Service Director, which record shall enable the Director to identify each licensee's drivers and their hours of employment and any other pertinent information the Director may deem necessary and such record shall not be destroyed for six months after the making thereof.
