Upon the granting of the license herein provided for, the Safety-Service Director shall upon payment of a fee of ten dollars ($10. 00) per sticker provide the licensee with a windshield sticker for every taxicab such licensee operates, which windshield sticker shall be carried in the upper right-hand corner of the front windshield of each taxicab and shall be prominently displayed at all times. Such sticker shall not be transferable. Such sticker shall be purchased annually. (Ord. 2076. Passed 2-14-77.)
