832.10 EFFECT OF DEFAULT IN JUDGMENT.

In the event any licensee is in default of a judgment, growing out of the use, operation and maintenance of the taxicab business, for more than thirty days, such licensee shall have his license revoked. However, in the event the litigation in which such judgment is founded is being appealed to a higher court, then the revocation shall be stayed pending final determination of the litigation.
