832.06 ISSUANCE OF OPERATOR'S LICENSE.

Upon the filing of the required application, the Safety-Service Director shall investigate the qualifications of the applicant, and if the same are found satisfactory and meeting, in all details, the requirements of this chapter, shall issue the license applied for after the bond and/or insurance hereinafter provided for is furnished to the Director.
