832.04 APPLICATION TO NONRESIDENT OPERATORS.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to taxicab owners and/or lessees and operators who are residents of other municipalities, provided, however, that if taxicabs from other municipalities solicit or pick up any business within the corporate limits of Kenton, they shall comply with the terms of this chapter.
