832.01 ENFORCEMENT.

This chapter is enacted to regulate the use and operation of taxicabs within the corporate limits of the City. The methods of regulation shall be placed under the Department of Public Service and Safety and the Safety-Service Director is hereby charged with the responsibility of enforcing the terms and conditions of this chapter.
