828.07 CARRYING OR EXHIBITING LICENSE; IDENTIFICATION BADGE.

The license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be exhibited in the place of business of any peddler, solicitor or canvasser and shall be carried by any peddler, solicitor or canvasser at all times when peddling or soliciting and shall be exhibited to any person solicited or any police officer on request. In the case of peddlers and solicitors, an identification badge shall be issued which shall be worn while engaging in business.
