828.05 FEES; EFFECTIVE DATE.

The license required under the provisions of this chapter shall be issued upon payment by the applicant therefor of a fee of five dollars ($5.00). All licenses issued hereunder shall be for a period of one year which shall end on December 31 of the calendar year in which they are acquired regardless of the date they are acquired.
