802.04 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SALES.

(a) No person shall conduct, sponsor, hold, manage, or permit upon the premises he occupies, more than four yard sales in any 12-month period. Sales shall not exceed two days in duration.

(b) Notwithstanding the foregoing, any yard sale conducted during the week prior to and through Labor Day shall be deemed to be only one sale.
