672.13 SLINGSHOT; BOW AND ARROW; AIR GUN.

(a) No person shall knowingly or recklessly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to the person or property of another by means of any projectile from a slingshot, bow or air gun.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
