660.17 SMOKING IN CITY BUILDING.
   (a)   Smoking shall be prohibited in the new City Building, except in areas designated by Council.
(Res. 91-028. Passed 10-28-91.)
   (b)   Whoever violates section (a) hereof is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
