660.13 SPITTING.
   (a)   No person shall spit or expectorate at any time upon any public sidewalk or public walks of the City.
   (b)   No person shall spit or expectorate upon any of the floors of any public hall or building.

   (c)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
