642.31 POSTING BILLS.

No person shall post, by attaching in any manner, any bill, advertisement, notice or poster, of any kind whatsoever, excluding Municipal, State and Federal notices, on any tree, fence, telegraph, telephone or electric power pole, building or other property, situated upon any of the streets, alleys or public grounds of the City.
