234.06 PAYMENT OF FIRE LOSS CLAIMS.

(a) The City hereby adopts and accepts the provisions and procedures set forth in Ohio R.C. 3929.86, particularly subsections (C) and (D) thereof, providing for the transfer and receipt of portions of fire insurance proceeds as set forth in said section.

(b) The Safety-Service Director is hereby designated as the officer of the City to carry out the duties under Ohio R.C. 3929.86.
