234.05 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.

All members/employees of the Fire Department, including any person receiving an original and permanent appointment as a fire-fighter in the Fire Department, shall be required, as a condition of employment, to reside in Hardin County, in any county adjacent to Hardin County, or in any of the following counties in Ohio: Putnam, Shelby, Champaign, Delaware, Morrow, Crawford, or Seneca.
