234.04 NONRESIDENT SERVICE.

(a) The Fire Department is hereby authorized to extend its services and use of its fire apparatus and equipment to any political subdivision within Hardin County, in times of emergency.

(b) The Safety-Service Director and Fire Chief, on behalf of the Fire Department, are hereby authorized to join and participate in the efforts of the Hardin County Fire Fighters Association to effect a workable plan which would provide protection against common disasters occurring within Hardin County.
