476.09 EMERGENCIES.

If the Mayor and the Safety-Service Director of the City or the County Sheriff declares that an emergency situation exists, any or all of the provisions of this chapter may be modified or suspended to meet the situation for the period of such declared emergency to the extent designated by the Mayor and the Safety-Service Director.
