476.06 REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES.

No snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle or all-purpose vehicle shall be operated within the City, except as herein allowed, unless the same is registered as required under Ohio R.C. Chapter 4519 and unless identification numbers are displayed as required by such chapter.
