474.14 SALE OF LICENSED BICYCLE.

Upon the sale or transfer of a licensed bicycle, the licensee thereof shall remove and surrender, to the Mayor, the attached license plate, or he may have the Mayor assign such plate to another bicycle owned or operated by the licensee, without charge.
