452.14 PARKING OF TRUCKS IN RESIDENCE DISTRICTS PROHIBITED.

No truck or other commercial vehicle, of a rated weight of more than one ton, shall be parked on any street or on any residential premises in any Residence District, as defined in the Planning and Zoning Code, for any consecutive period of four hours or more. However, nothing herein shall prevent the parking of such vehicle in a fully enclosed garage or similar permanent structure.
