224.03 INVESTMENT OF CITY FUNDS.

The chief fiscal officers of the City are hereby ordered to invest City moneys in accordance with Ohio R.C. 731.56 et seq., in lieu of depositing such moneys in a bank or banks. Investments so purchased shall be sold in accordance with Ohio R.C. 731.57.
