222.02 CITY PROSECUTOR.

There is hereby established the position of City Prosecutor, which shall be filled by appointment of the Director of Law. The City Prosecutor and his or her duly appointed assistants shall be Assistant Directors of Law. The duties of the City Prosecutor shall be those prescribed from time to time by the Director of Law or Council.
