222.01 ASSISTANT LAW DIRECTOR.

The position of Assistant Law Director is hereby created. The Law Director of the City may hire an individual to fill the position of Assistant Law Director, and such position shall carry such duties and responsibilities as may be determined by the Law Director. The compensation to be received by the Assistant Law Director shall be such as may be determined by Council from time to time, and bond shall be provided according to Section 246.02(a).
