210.02 TIME OF MEETINGS.

(a) Regular meetings of the City Council shall be had on the second and fourth Monday of each month at Council Chambers in the City Building, 111 W. Franklin Street, unless a quorum not be present on such day.

(b) The meetings shall commence at 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
